Can´t play the game

Can´t play the game
I download the game install it throug capsule when I press play it only shows a black screen and then back to desktop, no error messages no nothing, any ideas?

Since nobody responded so far 
I recommend filing a support ticket ("Submit a Request" on the Support Page [greenmangaming.zendesk.com]) - hopefully the support team will be able to provide You with a solution.

Can´t play the game
Yes, sorry for the poor information, I have a Phenom II x4, mother Asus m5a78 and a Radeon HD 4870 whit Catalyst 11.12, I was googling a lot for information about my problem and seems that my video card is the problem but I can´t confirm that because I can´t even see the splash screen of the game. Its just pressing play, black screen and the desktop again.
